Day 2: Academic Resilience & Hands-on Workshops
Interactive workshops in BUC lecture halls on tackling imposter syndrome, managing transition anxiety, and evidence-based emotional regulation.
Day 3: Wellness Challenge & Grand Closing Celebration
Vibrant grand finale at BUC Main Plaza: interactive wellness challenges, tangible blister pack distribution, and joining weekly peer support circles.
